“Soldier of Peace” was the first documentary Peter Lockyer wrote and produced. Hosted by well-known Canadian journalist Peter Trueman, the program aired in 1988 on CBC Television. In November 2009, USC Canada, the agency Dr. Hitschmanova founded soon after the Second World War, featured the program as part of a celebration of Dr. Hitschmanova’s life.
